Friday mornings are perfect for pancakes!
I made chocolate blueberry pancakes this morning on a whim and they turned out so delicious! I woke up earlier than I expected, so I had extra time and thought I would spend it making a fun breakfast. I used my friend Maddie’s recipe for chocolate pancakes and added blueberries - yum! They are very simple, quick, and healthy.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
1 banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Good shake of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Handful of blueberries
Chocolate chips
Steps
Mash 1 banana and mix all ingredients except blueberries until you have a smooth batter.
Add in about a handful of blueberries, and cook on a skillet.
While the pancakes cool, add chocolate chips on top so they get melty, then enjoy!
