The classic "butterfly" hip stretch!
If you were in dance as a child like me, I'm sure you have done this stretch many times and wiggled your knees and talked about where you were flying off to as a butterfly!
This is one of my favorite stretches for hips and inner thighs. Place the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall toward the ground. You can gently push your knees down with your elbows or hands if you want. For more of a stretch, pull your feet in closer to your body, and you can also lean your upper body over your legs. If you lean forward, try not to round the spine - think of lengthening up and over to really stretch!
