Ball Balance Pushups

I am relying on all my balance and strength - physically and mentally - to get me through the next week of finals! If you feel the same way, here’s the perfect exercise!

Try adding an extra balance challenge to a set of pushups by balancing the tops of your feet on a ball. This will really engage your core!



Be sure to maintain your straight plank position. This can also be done with a large exercise ball for an even greater challenge!
